Meet Tatiana Human behaviour. Clear thinking. Self-governance.
I’m a Human Behaviour Consultant, CIMA-qualified finance professional, Demartini Method® Facilitator and Fast Transformation Protocols (FTP) Expert.
My work brings together more than two decades in finance and high-accountability corporate environments — where decisions, priorities and outcomes matter — with my work in human behaviour, values and perception.
Beyond my professional work, I’m a mother of two, a tango dancer and a public speaker.
I don’t try to change or fix people. I don’t focus on temporary motivation or tell people how they should live their lives. I work at the level of perception and values — helping people understand what is driving their reactions, decisions and actions.
What shows up externally can often point to something unresolved internally. Conflict around money, relationships, business or leadership may look very different on the surface, while underneath there can be competing priorities and perceptions. When we understand what sits beneath the surface and resolve that internal conflict, we create greater clarity in how we respond to what is happening around us.
The aim is clarity, autonomy and self-governance.
